For this East Bay Eichler home, we installed a new medicine cabinet, replaced the vanity with a floating modern single sink option with new hardware and plumbing, installed new drywall and tile trim, as well as update the bathroom ceiling exhaust fan with a Panasonic Wisper Slim, suitable for foam over tung & grove ceilings and roofs found in mid century homes and Eichlers.
